Fassbind Les Vieilles Barriques Apricot is a 750ml barrel-aged Swiss apricot brandy from Fassbind, Switzerland's oldest distillery, founded in 1846 in Oberarth. It is made from the old Royal Luizet apricot variety grown in the Canton of Valais, hand-picked at peak ripeness, distilled, rested for at least two years in stainless steel and then aged 14 to 18 months in oak.

After maturation it is refined with Fassbind's house-made Bonificateur, which together with the wood gives an intense apricot aroma, subtle sweetness and a fine almond note. Sip it neat at room temperature after dinner, or use it in place of apricot liqueur in cocktails.
